This tree on my Friday

Found my favourite tree just around my favourite coffee shop. Decided not to spoil where exactly it is

 coz I wanna claim this as my spot.

This tree looks so perfect, I wanted to stand and just stare at it but I was a little bit uncomfortable as a lot of people pass by, but I managed to sneak some photos. I hope not a lot of people will discover you, I want you just for myself.

It is amazing, the hours after work today, I was able to smile genuinely first time this week as I drove to my favourite coffee shop to get my new favourite Cloud Americano. 

Trying to write my dets on the quarantine contact tracing sheet, realised there was no pen, I flipped the notebook trying to find the pen... there was no pen at all, I looked at the people inside and they were looking at me and so I acted cool, shrugged my awkwardness and went inside. Whatever, who knows it's me, I was wearing a mask and shades... But the owner recognised me, he tried to stop yawning as he saw it's a familiar face and smiled at me. I raised one eyebrow to respond.

Here again the familiar baristas I see every week coz I made a habit of going to this coffee shop every week for my mental health. My face brighten up as soon as I made an order, I sat and waited patiently for my coffees, yip, coffees. While seated, I stared at the clouds outside and how the trees covered them on my perspective. I enjoy what I see. Everything becomes beautiful after 3pm on Fridays.

He packed my coffees, put the bottled ones inside the canvas bag my friend gifted me, and handed them to me with my two heated croissants, a guava flavor, and a cheese. My heart skipped a beat, so happy with my coffee and croissant. 

And that sums up the weekdays. This is how I reward myself and encourage myself each week. Gotta help me coz if not, noone will.

My coffee matters to me.

It means a lot to me.

It understands me.

That's why dates should always be coffee ones :)
